ViendoMovies announces the premieres of outstanding releases for this November. Viewers will be able to enjoy a diversity of films of different genres, including drama and comedy, originally produced in Spanish.
For starters, ViendoMovies premieres the Mexican drama Un Monstruo de Mil Cabezas (Mexico). The movie is based on the story of a woman with a sick husband who needs a complex treatment recommended by a doctor. However, the insurance their company refuses to pay for it.
The month’s premieres continue with the dramatic movie Ma Ma (Spain). Penélope Cruz personifies Magda, an unemployed teacher who is diagnosed with breast cancer. Thanks to her courage and optimism, she and her closed ones will live unexpected scenes of humor and happiness.
El Acompañante (Cuba) is a film full of dramatic events that promise not to disappoint viewers. Horacio Romero, the greatest Cuban boxer of the moment, tested positive in an anti-doping control. As a punishment, he must go to Los Cocos, a sanatorium under the military regime, in which HIV patients get treatment. Horacio will have to be the Companion (Acompañante) of Daniel, the most controversial patient. Daniel will do anything to live his last days in freedom, thus Horacio will have to make a pact with him to return to the ring.
For black humor’s fans, ViendoMovies programs Brillantes (Chile). Everything begins when Rubén loses his job and his girlfriend the same day. He decides to travel to Arizona and visits his old friend Víctor to find some peace and tranquility. But a small incident will suffice to turn his vacation into his persecution by the US police and an organized crime gang. Starring Fernando Larraín and Álvaro Rudolphy.
