Roxana Rotundo, CEO of VIP 2000 TV, presented the new trailer of the ZAP Novelas project and reported that they have turned it into a super series, whose first season will have 30 episodes.

“The series starts in the year 2050, a time when romanticism has disappeared and classics are forbidden books. Ignacio tells Anabella one classic literature title a week, trying to make her fall in love, while the viewer will see a classic made in 2017, with a modern vision,” explained Rotundo.

He mentioned that the trailer presents the concept of the project. “We think it is a project that can do very well on new platforms and also on free TV. It is made 100% in 4K,” added Rotundo.

He also announced that during Screenings they would present a new superseries called El Naza, which they will be talking about soon. He also commented the new screens for the series El Muro.

ZAP Novelas is a project made together with the Venezuelan production company Idea Audiovisual, that is owned by Tony Rodríguez and Jhony Pulido. In the first season, it contains the stories of The Lady of the Camelias, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Beauty and the Beast, Wuthering Heights, Romeo and Juliet and Cyrano of Bergerac, that will be told in five episodes each, for a total of 30 episodes.
