El Último Dragón, a W Studios and Televisa series, starring the Mexican actor Kuno Becker, will signal a “farewell to hats and pistols and welcome to technology and hackers”, assured Patricio Wills, President of W Studios.
Becker will play the role of Miguel Garza, an important Mexican executive raised in Japan, a modern day drug dealer. This is an original story for television, written by Arturo Pérez Reverte (La Reina del Sur).
This project marks the return of the actor –well known for Te Sigo Amando, Camila, Soñadoras and the cinema trilogy Goal– to television. “El Último Dragón is the main reason why I decided to return to TV in Spanish. I am grateful to W Studios, Pérez Reverte and the strength of this production for this opportunity,” said Becker.
El Último Dragón is an exclusive production for Univision and Televisa, as well as for Univision Now. Production will start this year and it will be an international product that will be aired throughout Mexico, the US, Spain and Japan.
