VIP 2000 TV started with Yahayra Films in Guadalajara, Mexico the production of the new episodic series Encrucijada (60′), whose post-production will be under the responsibility of Casablanca in Brazil. According to Rotundo, the partnership model is ideal. “With synergies, relations are repowered,” said Roxana Rotundo, CEO of VIP 2000 TV.

“The episodic series is a genre we like a great deal. Additionally, continuity is a minor challenge, especially now in times of pandemic when production can stop at any moment,” detailed Rotundo. He mentioned they expect to finish 20 episodes towards the end of the year. They are already in advanced conversations with a big channel for its broadcast.

Rotundo expressed his satisfaction over consolidating another project in which several small companies are involved. “We want to do it with great humbleness. It is a very big effort. I greatly believe in small companies. It is a small crew, one-third of what was previously used in shootings, which is better for keeping health controls,” he added.
