ADC, the first global creative collective of its kind and the organization that has longest promoted the visual arts, this month announced the winners of the Tomorrow Awards. The awards gala opened the first night of the ADC Festival of Art + Craft in Advertising and Design at the James Royal Palm in Miami Beach.The Tomorrow Awards is the only international marketing and visual communications awards event whose purpose is to discover work that nobody else is doing today by pushing the envelope of creative innovation.The winning works were chosen by a jury of professional creatives, both men and women. The judges were Joel Lunenfeld, VP of global brand strategy at Twitter; Kaydee Bennett, VP of brand marketing and digital strategy at Goldman Sachs & Co.; Chris Gomersall, creative strategist for Facebook Creative Shop; Michael Berner, director of global digital business development and social media strategy at American Express; and Brooke Skinner, senior VP and brand strategy lead for Chicago and San Francisco at DigitasLBi. The winners of the Tomorrow Awards were Hakuhodo Kettle Inc. for Yahoo! Japan, Hands on Search; VML for Foll Plugged-In Live Theater Performance; Lemz for Terre des Hommes, Sweetie; Garbergs for Stockholms Stadsmission, Follow Nattjourens Road to Christmas; and Google Creative Lab for Arcade Fire/Google, Just a Reflektor.
