Berbari: Digital va a ser el medio más importante en los próximos 10 años
Alejandro Berbari, Partner and Creative Executive Director at Marca Miami, feels that his team is differentiated by a “solid strategy, with good creativity and talents have been working for 20 years at multinational companies bringing expertise to a small to medium agency.” He explained that setting up a team is an intense job that requires a lot of filtering and many years for the right people to remain in all the areas of the agency. “You gradually optimize and keep the best people, and that human talent is what makes the agency grow and go to the next level” he added. He highlighted that today, digital is essential. “All is migrating towards that new media, to have a digital part in every project is key. I think it is going to be the most important media in the next 10 years and it is very complicated to dominate, because new sub-media constantly appear, some are here to stay, others don’t. Facebook is the most solid one and I know it is working” he commented. According to Berbari, Marca has had a good performance during the awards season that started recently. Nevertheless, he remains skeptical and doesn’t like to predict they will win, but he feels very proud of the digital campaign Girls, which they developed against children trafficking.
