ALMA positioned in The Directory Big Won rankings 2016 as the agency #10 in the U.S. According to the agency, their Kingsford predator campaign was the most awarded print in the U.S. and the piece called: The facts now for Tobacco Free Florida is number 8 worldwide. “These results prove again the extraordinary year we had in the different and most important festivals of the world. Now we’re looking at 2017 and we’re are not allowing ourselves to rest on our laurels in order to not fall in mediocrity. We must keep on with modesty and hunger to keep on doing a good job, and over all, continue to have fun doing it. We all like to celebrate, so we’ll keep on working to continue to celebrate” said Álvar Suñol, Co-President and CCO at ALMA. In 2016 the organization collected 3,853 works from 1,673 agencies. Last year ALMA won four Cannes Lions, two golds at Wave festival, the Copa de Iberoamérica at FIAP, silver in the Ojo Iberoamericano and U.S.H. Idea Awards for its radio campaign The Facts now for Tobacco Free Florida. While the Kingsford predator campaign won three golds at FIAP, a bronze at Clio, finalist in Cannes Lions and Best of show in the Addy’s.
