The CLIO Awards in its 58th edition announced its shortlists for the Film, Print, Print Technique, Out of Home, Direct, Events/Experiential, Branded Entertainment, Branded Content, Digital/Mobile, Social Media, Digital/Mobile Technique, Innovation, Integrated Campaign, Brand Partnerships & Collaborations and Students categories. The Hispanic market obtained nine nominations, out of which seven are for ALMA.ALMA´s campaigns for Narcos of Netflix covered the shortlist for the Hispanic market. Spanish Lessons is nominated in Digital/Mobile, Social Media, Commercials and Single Platform Campaign; Episode Leak and Spoiler Alert for Single Platform Campaign. The Hispanic agency was also nominated for Help Kenya, Not Kanye for Crowdrise in the Digital/Mobile category.Other Hispanic agencies in the shortlist are LatinWorks for its campaign, Ponle Acento for the Major League Baseball, and LAPIZ for Tequila Cloud for the Mexican Secretary of Tourism.The nominees for the categories Brand Design, Product Design, Film Technique, RRPP, Audio, and Audio Technique will be revealed on September 5, and the winners of Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Hall of Fame on September 11. The ceremony will be on September 27 at the Lincoln Center in the city of New York.
