César Ahumada, productor ejecutivo de La Fábrica U.S.
The Executive Producer, President and Founder at La Fábrica U.S., César Ahumada, feels proud to have spent almost twenty years working in the U.S. Hispanic market and still remaining active and updated. “The market is going through a transformation and restructuring period that deserves and demands first-rate, committed professionals” he explained.According to the Producer, to support the unity of the industry in the last edition of the U.S.H. Idea Awards was a very intelligent decision. “This is a critical topic that has been left aside lately, I hope this event serves to encourage a return to basics, to create a new momentum for companies that have always been committed and to support each other in the light of many challenges and adversity” he highlighted.Ahumada stated that the creative level of the U.S. Hispanic market is inconsistent, since “it includes pieces that have a very decent level, and many that are ridden with stereotypes and mediocrity” he said. “I think some progress has been made, and that is relevant, considering the complicated conditions of being a market inside another market, and sometimes having clients that are distant from the consuming public” he said.He stated that “being Hispanic is a sort of pride with sophistication, seasoned with a mixture between responsibility and hard work.” During the U.S.H. Idea Awards, he was in the Craft category jury. Before that he has been juror in El Ojo de Iberoamérica and in the AICP Awards.
