As part of their advertising campaign El mundo en tus manos that Discovery en Español promotes this year, the channel announced the collaboration of the Mexican pop group Camila, using songs written by the band in several of their advertising spots.The goal of El mundo en tus manos is to help TV viewers to approach the channel’s contents and show its essence through amazing images and music.When seeking a theme song that would adapt to the campaign’s ideals, Discovery en Español determined that the song Tu by Camila, was ideal thanks to the strength of its lyric and melody. The result has been a series of promos that include a generic clip of the cannel and several testimonials in which the members of Camila speak about this collaboration, highlighting resemblances or ideals the musical group and Discovery en Español share.
