If there is one thing in which different advertising agencies coincide it is that the Hispanic market is progressing in leaps and bounds. On this matter, Francisco Pugliese, director of D´Avant-Garde Media, assured that the industry keeps an accelerated pace. “We are growing and are increasingly making first level works and can say we are competing creatively in the global market”.Regarding the status of the agency, Pugliese highlighted how shaken the market in Madrid, Buenos Aires, Brazil, and Los Angeles has been, “we have novelties regarding directors such as Gustavo Taretto, internationally renown creative, and also for his path in short films. Aside from this, in our link with PRIMO Madrid, we have directors like Ida Cuellar, Sonia Ramírez and Pablo Maestres, all with a fresh perspective which brings on a new vision to reinforce our capability to offer the different flavors the market is always demanding”.For Pugliese, creativity will always be the center of the message, regardless of where it comes from, whereas Total Market forces you to be better and more efficient. “Hispanic agencies have surprised on more than one occasion by making campaigns that worked out very well for the general market. I think that everything that at first seems a punishment, ends up being something that makes us stronger and more intelligent”.He advanced that they are working on several projects, without mentioning which. “We have adapted and are very much aware of technology to be able to produce our own material with better quality. Our spirit is to live with change”, he said. Likewise, he trusts that several of his pieces will be awarded in the upcoming Cannes Festival.
