Hispanicize 2016 and the National Association of Hispanic Journalists, NAHJ announced the names of the conference speakers and the sessions in the opening convention of NAHJ for journalists, which will take place during the Hispanicize week, from April 4th to 8th in Miami.”Hispanicize is the perfect stage for the opening of a convention in Spanish that our members have been requesting for a long time” expressed Mekahlo Medina, President of NAHJ.The 2016 bilingual convention, presented by Prudential Financial, will consist of a multifaceted platform that will last several days, with training on social media for reporters; a news project for Journalism students; a day devoted to exploring problems that impact Hispanics in the media; and the third annual edition of basic media entrepreneur training for Hispanic journalists.”We are honored to collaborate with NAHJ to prove the power of our unity and provide journalists the excellent and empowering content that is available in this language and culture” added Manny Ruiz, Founder and Creative Director of the Hispanicize event. “Journalists attending the convention will have total VIP access to almost all the Hispanicize sessions and events.”
