Creative Chairman & CEO Luis Miguel Messianu of ALMA is one of the guest speakers in the Cannes Creative Leaders Programme (CCLP) of the Berlin School of Creative Leadership. This intensive program prior to the Cannes Lions Festival covers such topics as creative leadership, brand culture, organizational design and the development of consumer-targeted communications. “It is a true honor to return to my new alma mater (the Berlin School of Creative Leadership), not as a student now but as a professor. Investing our time and experience in new generations of professionals who will shape the future of our industry is a responsibility I take very seriously, even more so in the context of the Cannes Lions Festival” Messianu said. “I’ll take part in three sessions: a panel about diversity on Tuesday, this class on Wednesday, and on Friday we’ll present our 3Disarm case, in which I will be accompanied by Manuel Oliver. There’s no doubt the Cannes Lions Festival fills me with the greatest anticipation and enthusiasm.” Messianu´s presentations aim to show that creativity can be a force for good. “In the class I will give several examples, both from ALMA and from other agencies, that illustrate the fact that today’s brands must have a sense of purpose and seek a relevant and meaningful place in the life of consumers.”
