According to Manny Ruiz, Founder of Hispanicize Media Group, one of the achievements of Hispanicize 2018 was the inclusion of the CMO & Diversity Summit, along with the Marketing and Communications Jobs and Careers Fair. “All sectors of the Hispanic market – agencies, clients, brands and everything related to diversity and inclusion – were covered at this outstanding CMO & Diversity Summit.” With regard to brands, Ruiz said that this year some outstanding new partnerships were formed: “HP is the champion of inclusion and diversity in the marketing industry. We also partnered with Microsoft to bring inclusion to technology. These were the most important partnerships this year and they are brand new.” The 2018 edition had a total of 58 sponsors, breaking the record of 52 at Hispanicize 2017. “We are also grateful for the partnerships with Telemundo, Prudential Financial and Toyota, which returned as a big part of the event in many different ways. These brands are committed to us and are the ones that truly help the program move forward.” He announced that to celebrate Hispanicize’s 10th anniversary next year, the convention’s hotel format will switch to a more mobile presentation around Miami Beach.
