Miller Lite celebrated the Hispanic Heritage Month with Danny Trejo and Richard Rawlings, contributing with $10,000 to the Foundation ¡Adelante! US Education Leadership, a non-profit organization that supports and provides scholarships to Hispanic students. Trejo, best known for his role in the film Machete; and Rawlings, from the Fast N ‘Loud Discovery Channel program, faced off in a friendly competition to sell beers held before the start of the game of the Cowboys in the AT & T Stadium in Dallas, Sept. 28th. The two celebrities had 30 minutes to sell all the beer as possible in the stand of Miller Lite, and the company donated $ 10,000 on behalf of the winning celebrity.”We were happy to make the stand of Miller Lite even more exciting during the game that celebrated the Hispanic Heritage Month. We expected that consumers got excited and chose to participate in a friendly competition or at least to cheer for their favorite celebrity,” Paul Stiff, regional manager of MillerCoors alliances of Central Texas, said. “We invited fans to join the celebration, meet our new packaging and enjoy a pregame Miller Time.” Before halftime, there was a presentation on the field to announce the winner and had the funds. Miller Lite’s donation was used to help facilitate the education of Latino students.
