Portuguese Director Paco Cruz joins the Cortez Brothers production house. “The story is simple, after my last work for the British market, particularly Unleash the chaos, the production house decided that my reel could make a difference within the American market. So they invited me to join their directors roster” Cruz said. With a long career in the European market, Cruz is involved in several projects at the same time. “The great advantage of a Director -in contrast with creatives and agencies- is that we dont need to be full time in one place, and Cortez Brothers relies on a very good and dynamic team.” Although his admission process into the U.S is still in transit, he said that the production house doesnt want to lose time and already began budgeting some projects. “One of the attractive things of the partnership with Cortez Brothers is also it could bring American productions to Portugal with Major West” he said, regarding his most recent work with The Gang Network, with offices in Paris, Madrid and Barcelona. “These last months the alliance has resulted in the filming of Sra Rushmore in London and Madrid” he said. The Spanish agency works with accounts such as Coca Cola and Vodafone.
