Richards Lerma, the multicultural agency, shared the internal implementation of an innovative summer program between the main office of the agency based in Dallas and the headquarters in Buenos Aires, where art directors of both offices, exchanged their lives during four weeks.”It started as an idea to bring both teams together, and to help them understand how other offices operate,” Guillermo Tragant, main creative director of the agency, said.Pablo Rosales and Jorge Cerezo will be the first to participate in the program. “Both are art directors and are young and very talented. It made sense that they were the first to experience the life of another. We are counting on Jorge and Pablo to enrich their business vision and creativity after these weeks,” Aldo Quevedo, creative director, said.Both will live each other’s lives. They will exchange home, work and life projects. The experiment is even more interesting, because Pablo is a vegetarian, a fan of River Plate and lives with his brother. Jorge is a gourmet specialized in burgers, an eager fan of Dallas Cowboys fan and lives with his bulldog.”Our goal is to expand the global vision of the team and its approach to the ideas and work of our customers.
