Samsung adds Deutsch to its roster of agencies

Samsung just added Deutsch to its roster of agencies to handle their business to business advertising in the US, as per confirmed by Ed Abrams, VP Marketing for the company´s Enterprise Business Unit.As opposed to Microsoft or Kraft which have moved towards the consolidation of a smaller number of agencies, Samsung bets on broadening their list of agencies and on the redistribution of tasks among the shops.”The company is strongly investing in building out their b-to-b capabilities, and that buildout now expands to a dedicated marketing initiative”, said a company spokesperson. Deutsch competed against FCB, Leo Burnett and Publicis for the Samsung account.
