Terán/TBWA developed a radio campaign for the Mexican airline Volaris, with the purpose of promoting its economical prices through humor. The campaign is made up of three radio spots, each one sponsored by different people who expect something from the trips. One is titled Abuelita (Grandma) and is for promoting tickets to Guadalajara. Grannies sponsor the price of the ticket to give their grandchildren a last opportunity to visit them. The other is Cuba and is sponsored by the creators of the original cuban mojito to show the world that only they know how to prepare it right. The last one is Las Vegas and is sponsored by millions of brides who are waiting to get married. All en with the slogan: Volaris, la aerolínea de la gente (Volaris, people´s airline).The campaign will be competing in the 2015 Cannes Lions international advertising festival. It was developed by the creative team coordinated by Joaquín Maldonado, CCO of the agency; Oscar Casarreal, Creative Director; Marco Ávila, Creative Director and Lorena Medellín, Associate Creative Director.
