La campaña Edible Six Pack Rings fue reconocida en Cannes Lions 2016
The U.S. Hispanic agency based in New York led the top 3 of the Wave Festival in Rio, after winning a Grand Prix, six Gold, one Silver, three Bronze and eleven shortlists. For their campaign Edible Six Pack Rings for Saltwater Brewery they received Grand Prix in Design, two Golds in Promo; a Bronze in Green Wave; Silver and Bronze in PR. “Winning for second consecutive year a Grand Prix at Wave Festival for our market is a big honor for us, especially with an idea that defines so much how we think and what we truly believe in” explains Gustavo Lauría, Co-Founder and CCO of the agency. The piece Rejected for Pepsi/Burger King won three Gold in Cyber, Direct and Promo, respectively. It also achieved a Bronze in Film. On a piece like the one developed for Saltwater Brewery, Lauría confessed that at a personal level, he is centered on trying to reverse at least in a small scale, man’s negative impact on the world. “We are going to continue doing other related projects and hope we also manage to generate the same level of impact on other topics that are also important today and affects everyone.” From the business perspective, he explains, many clients already see them as a place where they know how to innovate in times of conscious capitalism, and “that is why they are contacting us to work in new projects in the future.” The Wave Festival in Rio is one of the most important competitions in Latin America, held in one of the most creative countries worldwide, Brazil. The awards ceremony took place on Thursday in Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro.
