Louis Hernandez Jr., from Black Dragon Capital, a private capital fund aimed at growth centered on investment opportunities in digital technologies, and Digital Joy, a new media technology company based on the cloud Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), announced in the context of the NAB 2019, a strategic partnership with Beijing Jetsen Technology, a media and technology company that will distribute the Digital Joy suite in Greater China and Digital Joy will commercialize several Jetsen products for the global market. The two companies indicated that they are planning the simultaneous launch of these products on IBC.
“This strategic alliance offers a great advantage for all the parties,” said Louis Hernandez Jr., founder of Digital Joy and CEO of Black Dragon Capital. “Digital Joy’s open, cloud-based API system has the potential to essentially change the way content is created and distributed in China, while the innovations by Jetsen will find unique advances in the global market”.
The executive explained that Digital Joy combines the most advanced cloud-based media technology, with friendly commercial terms for the client. This includes private cloud, hybrid and public implementation with contracts based on subscription.
Digital Joy will offer private demonstrations of their new technology during this NAB Show in a private suite at the Wynn hotel in Las Vegas throughout the entire show. After the private demonstrations in April, Digital Joy and Jetsen will launch their products simultaneously on IBC. They mentioned that this demonstration will be private and only per invitation of Digital Joy, which requires reaching contactus@digitaljoy.media.
