Atresmedia pautó en Times Square para incrementar su posicionamiento en EE UU
In the aim to increase their visibility in the US market, the Spanish media group, Atresmedia, sought an ad spot on the Times Square screens in New York. This square has nearly 450 million visitors a year. Due to the success their three international channels have had -Antena 3 Internacional, Atreseries and ¡Hola! TV- in the Hispanic and Latin American market, they are strengthening their position among the Spanish-speaking market in the U.S.During 2015, they closed multiple distribution deals in the region and reached 31 million homes through pay TV in the U.S., Latin America and Europe.Atreseries was launched in 2105 with Movistar in Peru, Chile and Colombia, also on Liberty Puerto Rico, Cable Onda in Panama and DirecTV in the U.S.Antena 3 Internacional has focused on increasing its distribution in North America, closing deals with companies like Dish Latino, among others.¡Hola! TV, that currently has 11 million viewers, also enhanced its production efforts, with more than 550 hours of original celebrity-related video material.
