Elizabeth Gray, VP of Production and Content Development of Latin World Entertainment (LatinWE), spoke at the third WebCongress Miami, where she told the audience the agency was a pioneer in the management of talent currently trending on social media.Were growing in social media, and at the same time, represent top talent in the Hispanic market in digital, said Gray.LatinWE now focuses on those currently considered stars on YouTube, Instagram, Vine or Facebook, among other social networks. Were representing this new generation that has the support of followers considered new consumers for the brands, she added.According to Gray, the agency currently manages 35 exclusive talent labeled by them as influencers -term they coined for Yo Soy El Artista-, and collaborate with 100 others. What we measure and guarantee when we start working with them and the brands, is that their engagement is real, she said.Gray mentioned the objectives of LatinWE include educating the brands about the importance of having a social media presence. We had the opportunity of demonstrating through the summit and Yo Soy El Artista, the success of generating of 2.9 million of expressions of a brand that didnt exist, which has an approximate value of US$50 million in ROI. This way we proved to the U.S. audience that Hispanics are present in social media, she added.
