Alejandro Quintero has left the Commercialization VP at Televisa after 17, to engage in the development of new paths for his company TV Promo, which has operated for 35 years.Ricardo Pérez Teuffer, who was in charge of Sports and Special Events, will take his place.Quintero has set out to perform a merchandising reengineering to adjust it to the digital environment which has generated other ways to offer and sell advertising on TV. Likewise, he will revamp new businesses of the Promotions segment, task he has been developing with TV Promo, company founded by his father Alejandro Quintero Ramírez and Emilio Azcárraga Milmo, and which did not cease to operate while he held his VP position at Televisa.For his part, Pérez Teuffer assumed his new position bringing back as an advertiser, engineer Carlos Slim´s Grupo Carso, which, due to differences in markets, withdrew from Televisa all their advertising at the beginning of 2011.
