En Contexto, Telemundo 52s (KVEA-TV) late newscast delivered impressive gains in ratings for the station during the past week. The half-hour program, hosted by award-winning journalist Rubén Luengas, airs Monday thru Friday at 11pm.The newscast accounted for an increase in the coveted demo of Adults 18-49, growing 89% among Women and 106% among Men. Inaddition, the program garnered significant growth in the 25-54 demo, increasing by 88% in Women and 87% in Men.The 11pm late newscast out-delivered Univisión, ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox on three nights last week among P18-49.Launched five years ago, En Contexto is a news program with a bold and engaging format that offers thought provoking, in-depth analysis to help Latino viewers better-understand the implications to their immediate communities.
