The 2010 Los Angeles Latino Film Festival (LALIFF) and Cinelatino announced the winners of the Cinelatino Audience Choice Awards for Best Feature and Best Documentary at the close of the seven-day Festival, which took place on Wednesday, August 25, at the Egyptian Theater in Hollywood.For the first year in LALIFF history, the winners of the audience awards will receive a $1,000 cash prize each on behalf of Cinelatino.The winners of the 2010 Cinelatino Audience Choice Awards are Hermano (Brother), directed by Marcel Rasquin, for Best Feature, and Harvest of Loneliness, directed by Gilbert González’s and Vivian Price, for Best Documentary.”It’s an honor for us to present the Audience Choice Awards at the 2010 Los Angeles Latino Film Festival.
