Vme TV debuts financial entertainment program Factores Económicos targeting the US Hispanic market

Factores Económicos is a 30-minute program hosted by Venezuelan Víctor Hugo Rodríguez, founder and CEO of Factores Económicos and iLAfin Holdings. With over 20 years of experience in management, sales, marketing, and business development within the Latin American and U.S. securities industry

Starting Monday, July 29th, at 7pm, Vme TV will debut the daily financial entertainment program, “Factores Económicos” (30 minutes), tailored for the US Hispanic audience. Hosted by Venezuelan Víctor Hugo Rodríguez, founder and CEO of Factores Económicos and iLAfin Holdings, the show will leverage his over 20 years of experience in management, sales, marketing, and business development within the Latin American and US securities industry.

“We’ve observed a significant lack of understanding about how to capitalize on the capital markets. Many people think investing simply involves buying and selling stocks without considering the broader economic picture. Once we start explaining the bigger context, and people begin to grasp it, the situation changes dramatically. Essentially, we’re a financial news program that breaks down complex information,” said Rodríguez.

“At Vme TV, we’re committed to delivering impactful and innovative programming. As the largest and fastest-growing minority group in the US, addressing the economic concerns of Latino families is a top priority. Our new show will blend cutting-edge technology, including artificial intelligence through an interactive avatar, to offer a groundbreaking approach to financial discussions,” said Eligio Cedeño, CEO of Vme TV.

Drawing on his experience in capital markets, Cedeño emphasized the show’s dual mission: “While television is about entertainment, it must also connect with new generations and contribute to societal progress. This program will achieve both by providing valuable financial education and insights.”

Rodríguez added that the show is “pioneering a niche with a proven demand.” He noted that 90% of the population’s thoughts center around money. “The challenge is presenting this information in an engaging format. Vme has successfully maximized knowledge transfer in an educational, direct, and entertaining manner for an audience focused on survival,” he said.

For Rodríguez, a Venezuelan with 20 years of experience in the U.S. who has encountered many realities shared by the Hispanic community, the formula is clear. “I know exactly how to present the information to engage and appeal to the audience. Many people have told me they’ve been waiting for someone to speak clearly and honestly without being condescending,” he emphasized.

PROGRAM SEGMENTS

Rodríguez indicated that each segment of the program is designed with a “clear and distinct focus, aiming to comprehensively address specific topics and interests.”

Apertura en Frío: Deliver captivating content in seconds to instantly engage viewers.

El Monólogo: This segment will cover the day’s most important events and discuss current economic concerns, among other topics.

¿El Por Qué?: This introductory segment explains why viewers should watch a program like this. “Our goal is to achieve this by using facts, statistics, and real-life examples that illustrate daily economic activities, investment trends, and savings strategies. We will also discuss our role as immigrants working towards a better future for future generations,” he explained.

The Rounds (covering real estate, geopolitical issues, technology, cars, travel, and US politics): these segments are “crucial to understanding the economic challenges faced by individuals, families, and communities in both the US and Latin America. These sectors directly impact our lives, and there’s always a constant stream of news in these areas that we can effectively address,” he said.

The Outlook: This segment identifies key events or factors that could influence stock market trends and fluctuations the following business day.

The Review: This section focuses on providing practical advice and information to improve our viewers’ financial well-being. “We offer suggestions, discussions, and tools to enhance economic life, delivered daily to their screens.”

¿Qué Dice el VIC? (What Does VIC Say?): The program’s host, Víctor Hugo Rodríguez, offers his perspective on where the market is headed, drawing on his extensive experience and a wealth of information.

The Avatar: This segment introduces a critical and satirical character in the form of an avatar who appears daily on the program. The avatar aims to connect with individuals and families who feel excluded by the US business and political establishment.

Las Entrevistas (The interviews): The program will feature interviews with leaders, key stakeholders, and influential figures, including presidents of Latin American divisions of Fortune 500 companies.

Despedida: The program concludes with an uplifting message. “Our goal is to inspire and foster positivity with our final words: Yes, we can, and together, we are stronger.”
